Refresh requires the local server

This page is opened directly from disk (file://), so it can't re-scan the folder on its own.

To enable the Refresh button:

1. Close this page.
2. Double-click _refresh_catalog.bat (Windows) or _refresh_catalog.command (macOS) in the folder.
3. The catalog reopens at http://localhost:8765/ and the Refresh button will work.

Alternatively, run python _generate_catalog.py manually in a terminal, then reload this page.
